At Back to Source, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our products are handled with care, packaged mindfully, and delivered using trusted couriers. Here's what you need to know about how we ship.
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.

Orders placed after 1PM may be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
Within South Africa
We offer fast and reliable local shipping through trusted national couriers.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in major cities)
Rural or outlying areas may require additional time for delivery.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout based on your region.

Free shipping is available on local orders over R750 .

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email (or WhatsApp) with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can happen due to courier service issues, weather, or load shedding.

If your parcel is delayed, please reach out to us—we’ll assist in tracking it down.

For lost or undelivered parcels, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. If the parcel is deemed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Packaging
All orders are packed with care using eco-conscious materials where possible. If you have special delivery instructions or want gift packaging, let us know during checkout.
