At Back to Source, your well-being and satisfaction are our top priorities. We’re committed to providing high-quality natural wellness products. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Include proof of purchase

Due to the nature of our products (natural supplements, oils, and consumables), we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be a delay in processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Opened supplements or oils

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads)

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@backtosource.co.za with the subject "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]". We’ll guide you through the steps.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
